I saw those too. My inclination would be that Preston Arthur is at Granitville but do you know anyone who can be contacted to verify burial list perhaps? Unless he died in Civil War and body wasn't returned to Aiken SC. ? | | | genieresearcher

I'm sure you've seen on ancestry.com that Preston supposedly died in 1862, possibly in Civil War at Windsor, Barnwell County, SC.
He could be at Graniteville Cemetery perhaps have you called anyone to inquire? There is even a wonderful photo of him in uniform. WOuld be nice to add to a memorial on findagrave...IF we knew where he is. | | | Diana B
