RE: Possible Relationship
You asked:

Possible Relationship
In the 1910 Census of Ellijay, Gilmore County, Georgia, Mary Griggs is listed as having two children but not living. There are two children (twins) listed in Find A Grave in Fannin County. Eddie 65331832 and Neddie 65331822. Might anyone have a clue as to whether this might be the deceased children of Mary Griggs and Columbus Griggs?

I believe the answer is No. The top of the children’s tombstone identified them as the infant children of Mr & Mrs S.A. Griggs.

Regards,
Don Gresh

RE: Memorial# 13283207
That was a good question. However, Jim Bohn also took another photo in the Boggs cemetery showing the location of the stone, so I take that one as to be correct. He apparently added his photo also to the other memorial in Salem cemetery that someone else created, not realizing the error. Easy one to make for sure. I don't have the Martin county cemetery books, but that would be another source to verify why a memorial was created in Salem cemetery.
I did check this web site http://www.ingenweb.org/inmartin/Crane%20Naval%20Depot%20Cemeteries/old_salem_cemetery.html and I do not find George's name on the list.

Although the Washington death certificate says his mother was Frances Madison... are you sure it is Wisdom? I'll try to check the actual document, sometimes the person indexing the film can't read old-fashioned writing. Wisdom and Madison could look similar to someone not used to the handwriting.

Yes, I believe you're right. I'll make the changes. THanks for catching that. I can get over 100 corrections a day, and really can't double check all of them. That is a down side of the new automatic edit system.

Was wondering if you were related to any Blaw, Blue, Belew, Blew's as i seen the note you left about James A Blew. I agree with what you said. He is the son of John and Frances Blew who are buried in Linn County, Oregon, IOOF Cemetery. i sent her a message to link him to the correct parents. I am a Blew and am trying to get the family connected here thru Ancestry and just searching at Find A Grave.

RE: Adding name
I would gladly add her name and info, but her memorial is not mine so I can't link her to her folks, did send in an edit for the memorial so hopefully it will be added soon.

RE: edit feature
In the top right corner of the memorial there is a tab that says "edit". When you click it, the next screen is where you choose what kind of edit you have. It will send an email to whoever created the memorial along with a link to the memorial. I have been a little busy lately and have not gotten to my emails quickly so sorry for any delays!

RE: Robert Wolfendale Davis
I am sorry but I don't know who sent me the information. It seems when I do add names people will email me and tell me they don't want their names on there. Sorry I can't be of any help. Kay

RE: please change name
I just did a search by just "Gilbert Hunt" and it came up just fine. The prefix's before the name are meant to honor them and should not affect the searches in any way. If you had a person who was doctor or a reverend you would do the same thing.
