|I am fairly new to the whole genealogy thing, having just recently began (again) researching my family roots. Most of my ancestors seem to be from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Oklahoma. Some of the surnames I am working on include Davis, Smith, Bean, Banta, and Glasgow. |
Researching family history is fascinating to me. Although I haven't been able to find every 'piece of the puzzle', I have definitely been able to get a 'bigger picture'. I think it's important for us, and our descendants, to know where we came from; who is in our family tree. Good or bad, it's how we got where we are today.
Please feel free to send me a msg. if you have any info., or have a question for me.

Glad to be of help. We live close by and have family buried at Brookside. If you need other photo's we'd be happy to help. We link to Gleaves thru Great Aunt Stella Atha married to Arthur Neal Gleaves. They are buried at Paden, OK. Arthur Neal Gleaves is a son of Thomas and Nancy Gleaves.

Thank you very much. You did a great job. I feel like their graves could be located very easily. Have written another note to you also. Cheri Reisman

Another contributor emailed me some information about Seaborne Carpenter. I added it to the post. Very interesting info.
I completed your photo request for Maybelle Stone. She is with her husband George Stone. There was no memorial for George, so I created one and transferred it to you.

No I'm not related. I just like to add all the information I can for local people hoping some day family can use it.
I remember Mary.

Thank you very much for the grave stone picture
Out of guidelines. Transfers have to be made for first four generations
This is from F-A-G: Help with Find a Grave
Transfer requests will be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
After that it is the memorial managers decision to transfer or not.
