I am able to help out with anyone looking into Door County, Wisconsin especially Northern Door history. |
Much of my family is in Southern Indiana. I have done much research there. If I can help anyone with these folks, don't hesitate to ask. Orange, Washington, Lawrence, and a few others.
All of my photos are open for use however you find it useful.

|GWC||Hiram E. Coon|
Yes, the information was taken mostly from Hiram's obituary, which appeared after his death in the 'Palmyra Enterprise,' 13 Oct 1875. I have now posted a transcript of the entire obituary on Hiram E. Coon's memorial if you wish to read it.
Hiram is an ancestor of mine. If you find anything more about his business activities in Door County, WI, I would be very interested.
Hope this helps.

After taking the picture of Paul Wilson for you I decided to look for a possible connection to either of my Wilson lines. Turns out Paul is the 2nd cousin of my Great-Grandmother, Ruth Ellen Jones Atchley. Please feel free to contact me if you are also interested in finding out more about this line.

Sure, just curious, are you related? If so, how? Louisa's brother, John H., was my ancestor. Jayne
|Donna Bixler-Simpson||RE: Levi Bixler|
Due to their line of work, I am sure the Bixlers and the Harrisons were acquainted. Not sure what I have to help you. What info are you seeking? Levi's father and your William H Harrison are both in Old Town Cemetery - see #93826382.

Thanks for the info, I have added it. Let me know if you want her or any of the Harrisons transferred over to you, as they are not in my family. Have a beautiful day!
Thanks so much! Marion

Thank you for sending the additional info, I have added it. I did link her to her husband, James, on her memorial page, and I also linked her to her parents. The cemetery transcript had her first name spelled Claire, not Clara. Do you want me to transfer all that family over to your care? Let me know at your convenience. Have a good evening!
