|I have been interested in genology since 1979. We, my husband and I enjoy it. I thank everyone on find a grave for their efforts and the work they do to help others.|
Thanks to my husband, Dan & his friend, Dean, who go to cemeteries that are hard to get to and take pictures for me to add to memorials. I have taken a lot of them myself it is a joint effort.
I hope thru the pictures and Memorials that we are helping someone make their connections.
If I have a memorial and you are a relative feel free to go to edit and request a transfer. If they are not in our families I will be glad to transfer to you. I love it when they are personalized.
WE FEEL THE NEED TO MAKE A STATEMENT TO OTHER FAG MEMBERS. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF EVERYONE LOOSING LOVED ONES. WE HAVE NOTICED THAT FAG CONTRIBUTORS FIND OUT THAT SOMEONE PASSED AWAY AND IMMEDIATELY POST IT ON FIND A GRAVE, BEFORE IT HAS COME OUT IN THE NEWSPAPER AND TWICE THAT I AM AWARE OF BEFORE THE ENTIRE FAMILY HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE DEATH. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF IT WAS A RELATIVE OF YOURS. PLEASE PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS. FIND A GRAVE IS NOT A CONTEST AS TO WHO HAS THE MOST MEMORIALS. IT IS TO HONOR THE PERSON WHO HAS PASSED AWAY AND HELP PEOPLE LOCATE THEIR RELATIVES AND LOVED ONES GRAVE. I PERSONALLY WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR CONSIDERATION OF EVERYONE. THANK YOU.
Barbara & Dan.

|Evelyn Linger Thorn||Thanks|
Thanks for the McQuaine photo.
|Carole Lee Alexander||William Alexander|
What a nice surprise to get a photo of William's Headstone at Freemansburg. The quality is excellent and I really appreciate it. Carole
Thanks so much for the grave pictures, of the Woofters stones.
Being able to see the headstones, of relatives, helps make them seem more real than just a name, on a census record, or a listing in one of the genealogy web sites
Barbara, Thank you for getting the picture of William White's headstone. I now live in Maryland and I have not been able to get to a lot of the cemeteries in WV where most of my family resided. I am so happy to get this update today!!

|Kathy Greer||Beth Leeson|
Please update "Beth" Leeson's listing to:
Esther Jane Lodge Leeson, wife of Leonidas Leeson (not Leonard - see Leonidas Leeson's separate listing in Find-a-Grave for Cabin Run Cemetery).
Birth and death dates are correct.
Esther's parents are Jesse and Eliza Lodge.
Children are: Emma E., Alva Thomas, Walter, O. William, Etta (Etta born Sept 1891, the same month/year as Esther's death).
Thank you so much!

Thanks very much (again) Barbara! Be sure to check back on these memorials in the future!

I understand what you mean by making mistakes when working later at night. Thanks.
|Kathy Greer||Lovinia May Leeson Adams|
I believe the death year for Lovinia May Leeson Adams in Cabin Run Cemetery, Doddridge Co., should be 1869 (not 1860).
|Ron Stewart||Enoch J, Stewart, memorial 93460750|
I would be interested to know where you found his first name as Enoch. Every record I have seen (to include multiple birth listings for his children and several online genealogies) show his first name as Eleazer. His tombstone doesn’t help as it only shows E. J. Stewart.
Also, thank you for posting the tombstone photos in Childers Cemetery, Doddridge Co., WV. Those photos helped me construct his family from the sketchy info I had.
