Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am an avid genealogy and family history researcher. All of my ancestors were in Monroe County Indiana by the 1850's -- most by the 1820's. I do research there and am particularly familiar with the cemeteries of that area.I am equally enthusiastic about the ancestors of my husband who are primarily located in the Missouri counties of Franklin, Saline, Howard, and the counties around Kansas City.Always glad to share information when asked. You may use my photos as long as credit is given.Just use the Edit button on any memorial you would like updated. I follow Find a Grave guidelines on transfers of memorials.

James Hardin Sellars
Hello Connie,
I have a question regarding James Hardin Sellars. Did he have a daughter called "Nettie" possibly short for Annette or Jeanette?

Uncle Bob
RE: Many thanks!
You are welcome. I looked around the area of her marker but did not find a marker for George.

You're very welcome. I am planning to finish photographs for Yellow Creek(growing up in the area, we always called it Mooretown), Her headstone was near the Millers. I think I have that older group of Millers complete now.

I uploaded a couple photos I took last year. If these are not what you are looking for, just let me know. I might be going by the cemetery again some time in the near future, so will be able to try and get some new ones. Can't say for sure when that will be, though.

Edith Given at Mt. Moriah
I had the office at Mt. Moriah check their files as to headstone purchases and installations, and they can find no record of one being placed at Edith's grave. They do show she was buried in Block 16, lot 172, space 2, but no stone. They acknowledge that there are family members close-by as you know.
