photo request
Dorothy, I found and took a photo of the grave of Willow Tuten, but there is no death date. I don't find any death record. Do you know her status?

You are very welcome.

The day I took the photo, unfortunately, they had a burial and the crew left the cart on the lawn.

RE: Betty Jane Hall Lisenbee
I never heard of this so I can't help you there. My Mother passed away at 96 almost 3 yrs ago, she never mentioned it. She was a wealth of information!!

RE: Betty Jane Hall Lisenbee
Betty is my Maternal Grandmother. Aunt Hassie is her first born, her fathers name was Woods, don't know anymore about him. She married Ralph Dobbins in WA and had 4 children, the first, a boy died as an infant & is buried at Oakesdale, WA cemetery. Ralph worked for SP railroad and they moved to Sacramento in the mid to late 30's.

The Hall's came West in 1901, Richard Neergaard, half Brother to Betty & her siblings, traveled West first & returned to Tenn. and convinced George W. Hall to move West. He said better land was available in the West. They rented an Immigrant Train to carry their animals & belongings to Steptoe, WA. Nine of the 10 children of Wm. Meredith Hall & Mary Jane Miller Hall came west at different times. The brothers began buying up land and acquried 4,000 acres.
I hope this helps. If you have anymore questions let me know.
