Please remove the duplicate photo from this memorial. That photo was taken by Jennifer Sailing. Find A Grave tends to ban members who claim rights to photos they don't take.

As soon as the snow clears I'll will be able to get pictures for you.
I found the stone and have unloaded the picture.

Hi, Cindy. A person named Bill Price "claimed" your new request for a photo right away. He has no way of knowing I have been working on getting this for you for months now, but Jennifer has not had a headstone to photograph. He may waste his time going up to the cemetery unless you have heard definitely that her headstone is installed. Rills told me it would probably be December and to check back then. It would probably be better if I kept working on getting these photos, since I know exactly where her grave is and because I have already been in contact with the Rill staff and with the caretaker of the cemetery. They may wonder what is going on if someone else now shows up wanting the same information I have already gathered. It would be rather a bother for them. I looked at Jennifer's memorial page and see that Bill has not posted a photo yet and there may not be anything there for him to photograph. I think the nicest thing to do would be to email Bill and tell him that you already made an earlier photo request for Jennifer's headstone and someone else has been working on it. But her headstone is still being made so there has been nothing to photograph and probably there still isn't. That you got mixed up and made a duplicate request and don't want to waste his time. Ask him if he is willing to "unclaim" the photo request since you made a mistake posting it twice. If he does not want to "unclaim" it, don't worry. Let him go ahead and take his pictures if the marker is there now. I will keep watching for it too and send you some pictures when it is up and you can choose the ones you want. You can find his name to email him by looking under your photo requests if you want to try to explain.

Hi, Cindy. I'm just curious. I see you have put in a new request to have her headstone photographed. Did you get a notification that it has been installed? I see someone has claimed it, so that's fine. Julie

I needed to go to Rill Funeral Home to fulfill other requests and inquired about this headstone. The office manager said they are still working with the family on it. Apparently it is going to be very special and beautiful with photos, etc. So that is why it has taken extra time. I will keep a lookout for it :)

Hi, Cindy. Thanks so much for the pics of Alexander and Virginia Kinnaird! I do have a correction on Virginia's birthplace. She was born in North Carolina according to early census records. In the 1850 census the family was still in Rockingham County, North Carolina. The 1870 Tennessee census also states that she was born in North Carolina. Thanks. sherry

Guess we will wait and see. It's an emotional time for families and perhaps sometimes there is not agreement about the design and/or the wording.
