Thank you for searching for his headstone last summer. I made a note of none being there.

RE: James Roy Sutton
I have added the links for his parents. However, could you please verify his last name spelling? I had it listed as SUTTON, but the picture of his parents marker is SUTTEN. I have corrected his last name spelling to SUTTEN to match his parents. If this is not correct, please let me know. Thank you!

RE: Nathaniel Raymond
I took these pictures a year ago and I am currently trying to post pictures of most of the cemetery. I do have a book here that says his wife
buried next to Nathaniel is Susan. She was buried on Aug 20, 1875. She was 70 years and 10 months when she passed away. All is said about Nathaniel is that he died on March 13 1875. I will try to get back there and see if I can get more info, hope this helps a little.

RE: Russel Kooken
Hi Bill,

I checked our family files and obituaries today with no luck. There were no Kookens at all. The McDonough County Courthouse would have a death certificate for Russell, but it would cost $9. or you could go through The Western Illinois University library archives (WIU is an archive depository for our region) and they would also have a copy of the death certificate for a lot less. The death certificate would state the cemetery for burial. I am sorry that I could not find anything more.

RE: Russel Kooken
I am sorry that I haven't gotten back to you sooner. My Mom says the Cemetery plat book says that Bill Kooken is buried on Original Cemetery, Lot 28. Russell Kooken's father was William. I do not know if both Russell and his father are buried here. The cemetery book that I have (from volunteers walking the cemetery) lists a Russell Kooken Original Cemetery Lot 28(no marker; county death record told burial Bardolph) I am sorry that I could not be more help. I work in the genealogy library on Friday, I will look to see if we have an obituary for him.

RE: Russel Kooken
The Bardolph cemetery book does not have any information on Bill Kooken; only that the Cemetery Plat Book lists Bill Kooken buried here on Lot 28. The rest of the information appears to be for Russell Kooken. B. 15 Nov 1899 in WV and d. 29 Dec 1930 appendix burst. It states his father is William Kooken and his mother is Flora O'Neil. He married Pearl Sophia ?. He was a printer for H. V. Maxwell. His mother Flora remarried on 16 Mar 1910 to Nelson H. Holler who is buried on this lot along with Nelson Holler's 1st wife Lucille and 1 of their children James. Flora is not buried here. I will check with my Mom to see what the Cemetery Plat book states later today. Let me know. Russell's death certificate should also state where he is buried. I will try to get back with you.
