Lethe Crawford Jacoby
Hello,

Are you the Darrill Langen who contributed to "Descendents of Johanna Frederica (Lotschberg) Lotspeich" by Bob Lotspeich?

If so, I would like to pick your brain about Lethe Crawford (1793-1834) who was the 2nd wife of Jacob Jacoby.

My email is riley@ahsc.arizona.edu

Thanks,

Katie Riley

Parthena White Williams Atkinson
Hi Derrill, I wanted to ask you to consider correcting the name of Parthena W. Atkinson on Find A Grave record #75572138. She is my 3d great grandmother. Her maiden name was Parthena White Williams - Her father was Daniel Williams and her mother was Mary White. She married John E. Atkinson. The way the record reads now suggests that her maiden surname was WHITE, when actually is was WILLIAMS. Let me know if you have questions. Also, if you want to transfer the record to me, I'd be pleased her have her. Many thanks, Bill

For some reason I cannot go to she=are and print the memorials. It pops this huge list of things up instead. Why? How can I print these memorials. Help lol! Thanks a million. Karen Renee' Baxter Hill Gorman

Howdy, I am Karen Renee' Baxter Hill Gorman and I have been searching (till the cows come home) for my Momma's first hubby- Thomas Wickecliff Hill. His siblings were listed in the 1877 Atlas of LayFayette Co., Missouri excerpts under Davis Hill.
I kinda went searching backwards to find Thomas Wickecliff and got this far. Nannie Georgia Hill Avitt is Thomas's sibling. There was another sibling- her name was Maggie D. Hill.

I have gotten this far through a lot of guessing. My Momma is Joyce Mae Johnson and she married Thomas on March 31, 1945 at Washington, Kitsap Co. Thomas was in the US Marines at the time. My momma was 18 and she worked in the shipyards at Bremerton, so I am thinking they married in this town??.

Nannie Georgia Hill Avitt Find A Grave # 81227848, said they would retake pictures soon, due to last ones not clear. I am guessing it was you that put that note on there, since it says created by you. That was 2011 and so I am wondering, a few things- well many lol! but will only ask a few. Will there be any better pics soon? Do you go to grave and take? If not can you relay this info to photographer so they can look for Thomas Wickecliff Hill and his other sibling, Maggie D. Hill?
I sure would be overly grateful and appreciative!
I have only been able to find Momma marriage certificate to Thomas and above info fits- due to the only Thomas Wickecliff Hill name I have ever found. Here I thought because of that unusual name- this would be a breeze, but instead it's as if he dropped off the face of the earth. All help wanted from anyone in the know of Thomas Wickecliff.
Blessings, Karen Renee' Baxter Hill Gorman

William Carter, Mt. Tabor Cemetery
William Carter (b. 1829 d. 1917) is my gg-grandfather. You cited information from his death certificate in the information on the tombstone picture page. Do you have his death certificate? I have his probate record as well as his obituary from the local paper. If you have his death certificate could you share a copy of that with me. I would be more than happy to provide a copy of his obituary; it is beautifully written.

Obed Gideon Wakeman
Hello - I am in the process of updating the cemetery records for Fairmount Cemetery here in Cape Girardeau, Mo. and ran across a name that was on your records: Martha A. Robinson. According to what you wrote - she was married to Obed Gideon Wakeman. I looked them both up on ancestry.com and am thinking there may be a connection ??? The official cemetery records for Fairmount have been put on line and she is listed as: Martha A. Robinson - birth date unknown and death date: June 2, 1937. She has no tombstone according to their records.
I can't figure out why she would be buried under her maiden name if this is her??? But if you are like me in researching our family, I grasp at straws and this may be of some help to you. Best of luck and Merry Christmas. Ruth Smith
