RE: Harle Cox
Ok Sarah, case closed kinda.... We walked the cemetery again. And he definitely has no marker. The caretaker says he also is not aware of Harle Cox. So how Charles Brown got this info is just unknown. I will send in the request problem to you. But I wanted you to hear this personally from me. At least we know where his actual burial is. I would get his name deleted on that memorial, but Find a Grave owns it. Go figure! Sorry it took so long.

Elm/ Harle Cox
Just looked before I left: Elm Park Nursing home is the only one I can find in Ray County with the name ELM in it. It use to be the county poor house/poor farm. As of June 1959-Nov.1971 it was called Elm Park Nursing Home. Of course I can't find online records. It is now the Ray County Museum. Maybe this is some kinda clue???? Now my guess is he was here with someone of a family member. Someone brought him here to be close to him in his last years of life. But who and why???? Do you know if any of his family, Aunts, Uncles, Brothers or Sisters came to MO?
Sorry that's all I got right now.

Harle Cox
Hey Sarah, I've been hitting a huge brick wall with him. Here's what I got:
Ex Wife: Nelle "Adams" Hammer 1894-1977 Find a Grave #65163316
Son: Emil Cox 1920-2000 Find a Grave #81632916
The problem I'm running into is that he just wasn't living here long enough. And well the census isn't out for this time. So in 20 years we might find something on that! Go figure.. I'll look into the Elm rest home. I don't know how much is documented about rest homes? I'm guessing he had to come here with family, possibly for work. But kinda doubt it was for work. I've even check war records. I just don't know. I'll keep looking. Sorry, I guess your puzzle is a doozy! Talk soon.

Harle Cox
The only thing it said is that they brought him back to Tenn. It was on Ancestry and I don't have a paid account with them. So reading it wasn't easy. I found his son Emil and Emil's mother. A Nelle Hammer. Find a Grave has her name as Nell. Both in Tenn. But nothing at all yet. Here's the link to the obit. The image is almost at the bottom of the page. He's still on my puzzle list!

RE: Harle Cox/ More Info
Haven't found anything yet. I think I'll have to see what the cemetery says about him. I'm not even sure how to get a hold of them. But, I will probably be going to Richmond soon. So I will run by there and see if there is a #. I will let you know. I did find someone had the obit. But that's about all. This may take awhile!
Thanks! If you find anymore info let me know.

Harle Cox/ More Info
Could you give a little more info. Wife, kids? Do you even know if he was in this area? Just any little thing. I'm guessing the memorial for him in Tennessee is the right man. So, I will start there. I was interupted yesterday after I sent you that message. So, I'm just now getting to look. I will go off that memorial for now. But please provide anything you can. I'm no pro, but I love puzzles!

RE: Robert frost
I like to have grave photos on my memorials so I make the requests. I have already walked thru 5 cemeteries taking photos of each grave and if needed making memorials for them. It helps complete them IMO. :)

Harle Cox(Richmond Memory Gardens)
Hi Sarah. My husband and I went to Memory Gardens yesterday to fill all the requests. We never found Harle. I don't want to report a problem on your request. Sometimes I think it makes people ignore them. Honestly, we were running out of daylight, so the last bit of our list we started to haul it! There was quite a few Cox's and we photo all but a couple at the end. We have added all those photo's to their memorials. I will try to get back down there soon, but this cemetery is a little ways away. I have to make it worth the drive. Again, I'm sorry we could not find him.
