RE: Beech headstone at St. John's
Hi Adele,
In some of the lettering I could see that they had been painted at some point but that has worn away. I walked right past it the first time.

Beech headstone at St. John's
If you click on the close-up photo of the Beech headstone, the caption has the headstone's inscription. It was difficult to read and I could not get a photo where the writing could be read.

samuel armstrong
I believe that Samuel Armstrong could be the husband of my great grandmother (Sarah Irwin). I had been told she married a William Armstrong, but the info I found in provost history book says her husband was Samuel. Sarah was first married to Abraham Mcammond, who died in Ft Saskatchewan. Their daughter was Rosanna Mcammond, who married Joseph Thomas tuck. Their daughter was my mother.
Do you have any additional info on Sam and Sarah?

RE: Carthage Methodist Pioneer Memorial Cemetery
Hello Adele! I did post the photo as you requested. I was not the original poster of the photo, however I did have a copy saved to my computer. I have been doing my family tree. Jane and Thomas Hamilton are my great, great grandparents on my mother's side. John Wesley Hamilton (the son of Jane and Thomas) and Mary Evelina Hamilton were the parents of my grandmother Lillian Hamilton who married Russell Deans. Would you have any information about the parents of either Jane Walker Hamilton or Thomas Hamilton? My grandmother grew up in a house in Ninette Canada. I visited Ninette once when I was a girl. Canada is beautiful! Take care and thank you for all that you do to connect people to their roots.

RE: James Edward & Myrtle WAY
Hi Adele,
If you do not have their obituaries I can take a look in our local newspaper archives to see if there are any.
