Lorraine
your Mom's memorial
Hi MJ -
I transferred your Mom's memorial to you awhile back so you are the one with the editing rights now. I can no longer edit anything on the page. Are you having a problem when you try to edit?
Take care.
Lorraine.

My Ancestors Lived Here
RE: Elizabeth Sarah (Kennedy) Graham
I'm from Ellis (the black sheep), Henry's brother. I'm in Baltimore, are you? If not, if you need something locally, let me know, I'm happy to help. I'm hoping to get pictures this Spring of the cemeteries.

Feel free to contact me off line. My email is posted in Fing a Grave.

My Ancestors Lived Here
RE: Elizabeth Sarah (Kennedy) Graham
She's the daughter-in-law of my 2nd great uncle Henry Gordon Graham. I'm related to a large clan of Grahams in Baltimore.

your Mom's memorial
MJ, the transfer has been made. I am so sorry that it took so long. I've been out of touch for a quite a while, but I'm really not so selfish that I was ignoring you.
Hope you'll forgive me.
Take care.
Lorraine.

RE: Peter Burket (1 Apr 1828 - 19 Nov ?)
I am from that area, and I have people in that cemetery, but I am not related to this person. Glad I took a closer look...his name is obviously BORKET, not Burket. There are Burketts in the area, and Burket was apparently an easy assumption for me to make, but a closer look of the stone clearly gives the name of BOrket. I did look in the PA death index for 1911, and he is not there. Wonder if he died elsewhere? Like you said, that is a mystery for someone who is closer to Mr. Borket to figure out :)

I will look again at the photos from that cemetery when I get home to see if I can get it from the photo. I will keep you posted!

RE: Catherine Elizabeth Smith Myers
Hello MJ,
Thank you for the kind words. I have made the transfer of the sites that you requested. If you find anymore later, just let me know. I have a few relatives in Keysville Union, but I don't mind transferring anyone who is not a relative.

I know how hard it is to search through all of the Myers' My great-grandparents were Myers from Frizzellburg and they too ascribed to the naming pattern theory. I wish people back then had been more inventive with names. It would have been a whole lot easier to research now. I'd like to have a dollar for every Mary, William, etc. Myers I have found. I could quit work and do research full time!
Good luck hunting,
Gail
