Even though I never was able to meet many of my ancestors,I want to find them and honor them by giving them the respect they deserve..by remembering them.The loved ones I've lost who I did know-they are a part of my life that will go on forever and when I have children one day,they will know who and where they came from.They will love our family and cherish the memories they have and have heard of.
I'm from Texas but have a few roots from Oklahoma as well-my maternal line is absolutely from the South and Texas and my paternal line is from Northern Europe as well as the South and Texas.I suppose I should say I'm Southern and Native American-my maternal line could be considered Creole,while some of my Paternal side come from Vikings!What a world we live in....
