The photo you added is not for this person, but his father. Please remove it and move it to #65364861 if you can. You already added a different to the father's memorial and I thank you for that.

I just wanted to send a note that the State Hospital grounds are limited to the public. They marked most graves with numbersn not with actual Headstones. I am sorry but you would need to show your relationship to this person for any info out there because of privacy issues.
Thanks for trying to find Lottie's grave... it must be unmarked.
Thanks again for your efforts.

Yes even if you are family you still have to go through the whole open records process and then get permission to come on grounds to look in cemetary and photograph. They wont let anyone come on the campus who doesnt already have permission.
I received word back on going out to our Cemetary here and apparently others have tried on behalf of the family and are all told the same thing. The family has to go through an "open records request" and then once that is done, permission has to be granted by the Public Information Officer and possibly the Superintendent. I am sure if they knew what we were doing this for they would not mind, but its just part of protecting patients rights. I have contacted someone at the state who apparently is in charge of open records requests and once i get some info from her, I can let you know what you need to do if you want to take it that far. I wish I could just go snap it myself! But they just make it so hard! Im sorry to have to tell you this news, but hopefully the open records process isnt that difficult. Hope you had a good holiday!

Can you tell me where you find the published records for this county...are they on line? thanks
I looked at the county's published records, and this name was not on the list for this cemetery
