RE: Charles Adams
Did you see memorial 10618292 for Charles Adams in 1887? That would more likely be the infant son you are looking for.

RE: Martin Adams
Jon, thanks for adding my great-grandfather's obituary from the Marion Star. Much of the material in the obituary was extracted from a larger article about Martin that was written by George N. Hinds and published in the Marion Star in late May 1936, just before Memorial Day, entitled "Last Civil War Veteran in Claridon Township Is Also Wild West Pioneer." The picture of Martin in the obituary originally ran in that 1936 publication on the front page of the Star.

RE: Lowell Landon
Hi jon I am totally confused now don't know who's house i was in, just too young to remember it all. I was only there one or two times. Would like to see Charles grave again and maybe have the stone cleaned, lime damage has darkened the face. I have his DSC medal which was given to my grandmother Lillian of Akron Ohio. Only 5 male landons left Richard landon of arizona . David,Robert,& Chris of Ca. and Brian landon in Oregon. Thanks again D. Landon

RE: Lowell Landon
I think my visit was around 1953or54 was real young.Did he work for the railroad? I remember him giving me a picture of him next to a steam engine.Do you remember a telegraph key system in the house that worked from upstairs to the basement.I was in Marion Ohio a few years ago and tried to find his grave.I found Lyman and Charles Landon but not Lowell.I heard later that it was unmarked. Thanks Jon I'm 63 now but still remember a train layout???.
