I live in Iowa and Florida with my husband, Bob, and our dog, Shadow. We have two children and five grandchildren. I'm writing genealogical books about our families, which is addictive. Photos of gravestones have been very helpful and are included whenever I find them. Thanks to all the volunteers who have taken pictures for me and persons who have transferred management so that I can add to their bios.

I noticed in your other note that you have photos of some of the family. If you are free enough and ambitious enough, I'd love to have any or all of them. Sent by email will do well for my needs.
I am especially interested in a photo of Ann Elizabeth SPRINGER GREENFIELD. She was the grandmother that my grandmother (Dora Etta TOOMBS LAWRIE) loved so dearly.
I found words about Richard Russell GREENFIELD remarrying to Nancy. One day when I was somewhere or another in the Plano, or Sandwich area I think it must have been...a man asked me who I
was researching. I said Richard Russell Greenfield...and he immed-iately said, "Oh, the crazy one." He didn't have much info but I thought that I'd never heard that. I also thought it was probably dementia. He married quickly after Ann's passing. And once R.R. died, Nancy left quickly for Iowa, never to be heard of her again (from my viewpoint at least.) I was all of 3 when my g-gma Florence Elizabeth GREENFIELD TOOMBS passed away. She may have had communication with her...but she wouldn't have shared that with me, of course. I MADE UP the story in my head that RR could not live alone, that she could not be in his household without being married to him (Just wouldn't look right), and that once he died she went straight back to 'her' family in Iowa as her task was done. It was a very kind thing for her to do.
Do you know if my assumption is real, might be real, or is more of my made up ideas?
Had nice letter from another cousin ... who just wrote to you.
And you should have received a note from me in return of that.
Kristy (Mary Jane and James' 3rd great-granddaughter)

Please let me know where you obtained the biographical information about Josef and Frantiska (Tichy) Zvacek. My husband is a descendant of their son, Jan, and we would like to use your information in our family tree, but would also like to verify your source, as these bios are the first information we have found online about either person. Thanks!

I didn't know that Lydia's husband, Thomas Burgess was buried in the Old Town Cemetery. I knew that Thomas's father, Thomas Burgess and his mother, Dorothy Burgess are buried there. Do you know for a fact that Thomas is buried there???

Requested Photo has been added.
You have my permission to use the photos for personal use.
Thanks for adding the dates, as you can see the name has been broken off and is unreadable, but the death date is still there.

Bonnie is the daughter of Wallace and Laura, I really should get all my facts straight before I hit the keyboard. But you probably know most of this already.
Bonnie is the only one I see a stone for in my files, I will try and get back to the cemetery to see if I may have missed anyone.
Looked closer, saw that Bonnie was wife of Wallace and that was their son.
