Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been working on my ancestry tree since 2002. I started with my direct grand parents names of Morin, Pratt, Marcoux and Parent. The Morin's of Quebec were three generations of Doctor's, Lawyers, Chemists and Pharmacist and direct descendants of Robert Morin. The Parent and Pratt generations of Tecumseh and Windsor Ontario have been easier for me to research since that is my birth place. Since I live in Atlanta, GA it is rare that I get back to Tecumseh were I was born. My last visit was in 2005 at which time I took many pictures of the Parent and Pratt headstones which I am slowly creating memorials for. I also spent a considerable amount of time in the library going through old news papers for obituaries. Unfortunately I am not able to take requests for pictures in Canada. However, if you see an error or wish to add information to the memorials please email me or use the edit tab found on the memorial page and I will gladly accommodate your request.

I attempt to provide you with dates of marriages as well as cause of death if I am able to obtain a death certificate in Ontario and occupation from census. I also spend a lot of time linking families if I know the cemeteries in which their families are buried. I want to preserve as much information for future generations as possible. We are all connected. My ancestors are your ancestors. Therefore if you wish to upload photos of your ancestors please feel free to do so as long as there isn't a copyright infringement. I authorize the use of my photos in your tree. If you have a photo which has been taken by someone other than yourself, please obtain their written permission to use it before posting it to the memorial. That's not my rule, it is the rule of Find a Grave.

I appreciate all the contributors of FAG. What I do frown upon are those that obtain cemetery listings, upload them and refuse to transfer to those who are directly related even though they themselves are not related. Find a Grave isn't and shouldn't be about numbers. The more complete the information is the better it is for future generations. Unfortunately that isn't always the case. Again, thank you for your interest in preserving ancestral information for future generations.

If your visiting one of your ancestors, regardless of the memorial site, take the time to leave them some flowers. I am sure they would appreciate it.

RE: Triple record
Thank you Ellie, I have finally had a chance to delete and fit the 3 memorials on the same person, thanks for pointing it out for me.

Thanks for the edits. I just processed them. It seems that you might be related to my husband if you are related to any of these people.

Joseph Baillargeon:
Thanks for the information. It makes sense because so many Baillargeons were buried there. I was relying on information from my husband's half-cousin Bernie Baillargeon (great grandson of Joseph). So I will be happy to change it

William Pratt Headstone
Hi there Ellie,
Something you might want to check out. On the back side of the Headstone for William & John Pratt there is another person. The name is Catherine Walsh, born 1842, died 1916. If you want me to make up a memorial for her I will but you might want to check her out yourself.
The last couple of days I have photographed St. Luke section. I will be making needed memorials in the next couple of days. I hope to have the rest of the cemetery completed in the next couple of weeks.

RE: Thereze Malloux
Will transfer. I'm surprised with you being born in Tecumseh that you have forgotten that Canadians don't celebrate the 4th. We have Canada Day on July 1.

RE: Thereze Malloux
I finished adding the complete St. Laurent Section and the "P" Section at 3 o'clock this morning. I think I have completed about half the cemetery. Will now transfer any Lauzons I have at Lady of the Lake. I also have some at Victoria Memorial if you would like them as well.
Something you might want to check out with the Catholic Cemetery offices at Heavenly Rest. In twhat I call Row # 9 of St. Laurent Section there is a large Pratt Family Stone. The thing is there is a lot of open area around it but there might be Pratt burials in that area that are unmarked. The only individual marker that mention a Pratt is in the next row about 4 plots away for a Hugh & Lenore (nee Pratt) MacPherson.

I'm going to take a few days off before I start on the rest of Lady of the Lake.

Lappan Marker
You might notice I added a marker photo to some Lappans and their spouses that you have made Memorials for. There are 2 names on this marker that I cannot find a memorial for. Grace Lappan - 1903 - 1975 & her spouse (I'm assuming) Herman Martin 1900 - 1993. I'm assuming all the Lappans are siblings & the children of Emile. If you would like to make a couple of memorials I'll add the photo.

Thereze Malloux
I took a photo yesterday of a marker for a Thereze Mailloux 1878 - 1961 (MOTHER). Would this be the same person as your memorial or Theresa Mailloux.
