White County, Illinois, has two wonderful genealogy societies. Both will do research for you for free if you pay for the cost of copying and mailing documents. I found the information on John Fleming in a 3 volume set of obituary records that the Genealogy Society of White County compiled entitled "Gone But Not Forgotten" containing records dating from 1819 - 1948. I am so happy that this bit of information on John Fleming has helped you in your search for your ancestors.

Barbara Ann was an early patient for open-heart surgery in Chicago. She was a very delicate child, very kind and generous, but too sweet for this earth. God took her to him after the operation. Today, the operation is routine. Then it was pioneering and dangerous. She is with God now. May she rest in peace.

Kristin, thank you for posting this beautiful photo of Judy and her older sister, Barbara Ann. I knew them both from my Peoria days at St. Boniface. I remember the day Barbara Ann died. A very sad day for all. Thanks for the memory.

Thanks for the edits for Diana. She was a good friend, and I had for some time left her memorial rather bare--just hard to face her death, I guess. In any case, it's time, nearly 10 years, so thank you.
You posted a copy of her obituary, and I'm wondering whether that's a good idea, as it contains so much information about living people. I know that it was previously published, but in Find A Grave it lives on forever. (And it might be under copyright.) I'll leave it to you whether to remove it or not. I could always summarize it and put the information into the biography section, omitting names of the survivors. Your call.
Again, my thanks.

Hello. If you are related to Marsha K Campbell Bauer, do you know if she died from CJD?
So sorry to get back to you so late, but I just updated Benjamin Davis' bio here. I am curious as to how you are related to him, as he is my 2nd great-grandfather.
Let me know if I can do anything else for you in the future.

I transfered this memorial to you so you could add the info to it. If you do not want to add it,
why did yoy want me to do it.
