Yes, Mary has a roll number. I am surprised by this thread.

RE: Mary Francis Dooley Gann
I have been very sick since 2010, I am now Officially Disabled. I am just now getting back Online and trying to pick up in places that I left a cpl years back. You say that "You Know" she was Cherokee....How do you know this? The way I see it is until any of us have Proof in our Hands that she was Cherokee then none of us can TRUELY say that. My side of the Family Tree has been told this all of my life, and I'm now 48 years old. I have no proof yet either. I wish you Luck just like I wish everyone else in the Family Good Luck with this. I really hope one Day we can all find the Truth about it. That very Question is now all over the Internet and no Proof as of yet!? Because we are ALL after the exact same Indian Card to PROVE we are all of Cherokee Blood. I hope some day we can. I wish you Luck!! Take care

RE: Dicie Gann Wallace
I looked on facebook with no luck :( so I am also on facebook, listed as Angie Hudson in Oklahoma. Hopefully you can find me easier :)
Grandma Mary died while the family was travelling and she was buried in Wapanucka, OK on the edge of a freshly plowed field. She doesn't have a stone and nobody left living knows the exact location. I think I will just have to make a road trip to the various cemeteries in Pontotoc County and see if I can find Aunt Dicie. I know the family had all of the paperwork ready to get a roll number and they were going to apply, but the house burned down the night before and everything was lost. As far as I know there isn't a roll number.
It is wonderful to find more family members!!! Please look me up on facebook.

RE: Dicie Gann Wallace
Dicie was my great-aunt; her sister Martha was my great-grandmother, but I don't know the exact location of her burial. I have that she is buried in Frisco by Birdsmill Spring, Fittstown, Pontotoc Co, OK. Do you happen to know where she is buried so we can link her with the family? She was not left out on purpose, I just don't know where she is.
