The page says Mrs. Maggie Richter is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. JJ Richter. Their daughter never married. There are two Maggie Richters. This photo of the headstone you posted is for Mrs. Maggie Richter who was one of the wives of JJ's son, Charles Daniel Richter.
