RE: WWII Plaques Hazard Gym
Can you direct me to the location? I may already have a picture of it but people refer to monuments by differing names. Is it the one in downtown by city hall?

Al Lowe war deat
Hi,my name is Mark Pauley and I am the son of Lt. Raymond Pauley who was your father's immediate commander as I discovered while looking for info on my father's service. Your writing was very helpful to me as I had no record of which company within the 359th that my father was in. I was told a number of stories of the war from my father as he aged and I grew of age where he was willing to talk about it. I may know something of your father's death but cannot be sure if I have the right seargent. My father described him as about as close a friend as anybody wanted to have in the war with death ever present. BTW my father also received the Silver Star at that time. Please contact me and I will be glad to share this story and would greatly appreciate any sources you may direct me to for further research.

Your welcome. I'm not the manager of her memorial but I think that Mary Moore will transfer her to your care if you ask her. She will want to know your relationship; I'm not that strict about this. If not she may want the information that you sent me since I can't add it to her bio.
