William Augustus "Gus" Odom
Jean, I see that William Augustus Odom is your great grandfather. His father Aaron Jacob Odom, Sr. is the brother to my 2nd great grandfather, Tobias B. Odom. Was wondering if maybe you could email me @ and see if we could possibly swap any information. Thank you for your time and consideration.

RE: wright-williams cemetery
Jean, have you found any more info on the Pughsley line? GGgrandmother Pughsley is buried at Hawhammock church cemetery out from Swainsboro she was the first person buried there in 1865, there are 2 more graves in the plot I think, one may be one of he children. GGgrandfather Pugsley may be in the plot with my greatgrandfather Robert James Williams in the city cemetery in Swainsboro.

Hey Jean, trust you are well , has been a while since our last email. My computer crashed and I lost a lot of information. You were kind enough to let me view your Odom Wright lineage, but I don't remember which site to use. Any help would be appreciated. My GGgrandfather Stephen M.'s daughter was Emma Wright.

Aaron Jacob Odom
I am working on the Odom tree. I saw that Aaron Jacob Odom is your 2nd great grandfather. My 2nd great grandfather was Tobias B. Odom. He had a brother named Aaron. I was wondering if you would know if these 2 are brothers and if so, I would love to talk to you. According to my records there were 11 children total in the family. Please let me know if you would.

RE: Hello
Hello Jean, Great to hear from you. Hope all is well. Unfortunately I have not had time to do very much research for quite a while now. I have nothing new for William Wright. I exhausted what I could find a few years back now. I do keep hoping that more will get digitized on our relatives over time and so I will look them all up online from time to time.

RE: wright-williams cemetery
Hey Jean, Your uncle Jack may own the cemetery and he still may own some of the land and he may lease it out....sorry for any misunderstanding. I believe that there is a different farm name on some of the land.
Who is our distant relative with Stephen and Fredrick being brothers? Garrett Williams seems to be an exact match in DNA sequencing for he John Williams father? Any info would be appreciated.

Hey Jean, I believe you spoke with my brother Wade sometime last year. I just wanted to let you know that my father, brother Wade and myself, visited the Wright-Williams cemetery in Bulloch county Georgia. Gggrandfather Stephen Monroe and his brother Fredrick are buried there, The cemetery is in good condition considering it is in the corner of a field between 2 dirt roads and the property is no longer in the Wright family. We also traveled down the road a short distance and visited the grave of Emma Williams Wright, Gggrandfather Stephen's Daughter.
We still have a bit of confusion concerning our relationship to Col. James H. Williams of King's Moutain, He is either our 6x greatgrandfather or a 6x great uncle. Also Through my dna testing Garrett Williams seems to be our lineage. Any info would be great thanks.
