Holy Cross Cemetery.
Hi Rodger
I was just on the Holy Cross Web site and did a search for Edward Hogan and came up with their report=
Edward Hogan
Date of Interment” April 24,1919
Diamond Square
Unit- Floor- System:CEM
Section:Diam-Row:G-Plot-105

The letter on the headstone say C, It could be possible it was meant to be G , now I’m second guessing myself was I in the right row . The next time I go to Holy Cross I will revisit the photo request. I would still enter a new photo request with the thought the next photo volunteer will have better luck. Sorry for the mix –up….JP

Hi Roger
I removed the photos from the Keeley plot, if you put in another photo request hopefully another photo volunteer can locate the plot.
The marking for the Hogan plot were Diamond Sq.Row-C-Grave-105-106 if you send me your e-mail I will forward the photo.....JP

RE: Petersburg Pioneers
Found out that there are no mire copies of the book for sale. however, I spoke with Kathy and she can send or email you copies of the pages in the Pioneer Profiles book that pertain to your family.

RE: Petersburg Pioneers
Hi again, Kathy Poole who claimed your other photo requests might also know where you can get a copy of the book as she is the daughter in law of one of the authors. I let her know you were trying to find a copy.

RE: Petersburg Pioneers
The local bookstore had copies that were about $20. I'll check there for you. Otherwise I willcheck with one of the authors and see if they have any more copies for sale. I'll let you know what I find.

Rikka Otness
Hi Roger,
In addition to the photo I added to Rikka's page, I also took two other close up photos of the headstone. Didn't know if you'd want those as well. Also, Inga Fredrikke "Rikka" was born on 5/3/1900 in Norway. Her husband, Oscar Larsen was born 10/18/1902 also in Norway and was a halibut fisherman. There is a story about them and their children in the book "Petersburg Pioneer Profiles".
