| Bio and Links | I'm currently in Seattle and can visit sites or our branch of the National Archives, just let me know what you need.
I primarily manage memorials of ancestors and their siblings, but occasionally I'll add the odd grave to fill up a camera when I'm out at a cemetery. Go ahead and request a transfer and you'll get it if it's not in my tree.
Names in my more recent family are Rawlins, Huston, Butcher, Smith, Boggs, Reynolds, Monnier, Lehn, Mitchem, Davis, Dahlheimer, Henry, Phillips, Vansickle, McNamee, and Gilmore.
I'm currently working on the names Rech, Dehn, Houston and Huston in the early 19th century. I'd like to talk genealogy with anyone who thinks they're related. | |

 | Mary Jarrett Hi, I got the pics for you for Mary Jarrett. The cemetery did not have it in their records where she was buried for sure aside from Lot 39, grave 1. This cemetery has 8 sections and each one of the sections has a Lot 39 in it. Sigh. I saw that there are a few other Jarrett's all buried in section F so I played a hunch that since all the rest of them are in section F, I should try looking at Lot 39 in section F. Nope. She was not there. Then I thought I would at least give the next section over, closest by, in that Lot 39, and there she was. :-] All of these Jarrett's are all buried within a hundred feet or so of each other. It looks like this Mary is the wife of the Charles Jarrett buried nearby. Charles is in one corner of section F and Mary is buried in the corner of section C which is just right across a cemetery roadway from where Charles is buried. This Ruth is surely their daughter, who died quite young and was buried by her mother. They are both listed in the City of Portland death index. Mary died May 5, 1907 and Ruth died June 5, 1907. They also both have short, simple death notices in the Oregonian. Mary's says she was "the beloved wife of Charles". Nathan | | | Phil & Kathi

 | Death dates Masonic Cem in albany OR Yeah the records for that cemetery and at least one other, and I think maybe more than one, that they managed in Albany all have only an age in years and an interment date in the original cemetery record (apparently, as I have not seen the original only a record purportedly made from it) | | | pengserv

 | RE: John Durham Hi Matthew I'm sorry about the photo quality of John Durham's atone. I photographed all of Grand Prairie a few years ago, back before I came to realize it was okay to clean them off a little. If you need a better photo, re-request it, and I. or someone else, can get a better one. I live a couple hours away but ususally get up to that area once a month or so. Do you know if he's the son of Constantine Durham buried in Union Cem in Randolph Co? I've posted a photo for Thomas Shoush, but still can't make out the first initial of his dad's name. The date is clear, but age is broken off. Sorry I can't help with that. Thanks, Nancy | | | Sandra Markham
 | Michael Sheridan Hi - photo is on the way, but the stone only has the dates 1881 and 1976. | | | Sandra Markham
 | Celeste Sheridan Hi -- there is no interment card for her in the Union Cemetery office (there is one for Frederick and Michael) but she is on the monument, so I put it up on her page. | | | | [View all messages...] |
