I am most interested in information on the families of: Eisele, Bell, Gebhart, Selby, Huntsbarger, Hetzler, Carr, Dennis, Havens, Lykins, Wages, Wagers, Hurt, Cox.

I have some old unidentified photos of some Butler County area people that I would like to share with their families. My grandfather, Homer Eisele, was a photographer and I am not sure if some of these photos are of family or clients.
Also have some old unidentified photos of Dennis, Carr & Havens if anyone could help me.

You are welcome to use photos I have taken, and also to transfer memorials if you are a close relative.

RE: George Dennis
I've found Greg does not do much research on his memorials and know Greg took another person' a Mr. Long' word for info on some of the memorials Greg had listed on Find A Grave. I've try to correct some of the info on these memorials thru research.

I'm not sure this George Dennis is related to me... I do have Samuel S & Lucretia Dennis in my family tree.

Most of my research has been on some of the older Dennis families.

Just let Grey transfer them over to you, if you are related.

Many Blessing

RE: Yoakums/Jochems
Hi Brenda.

Thanks for your nice note. I am sorry, I rarely check the messages here so I have missed this one until now.

Just a reminder- above Michael Yoakam, it really does get a bit fuzzy and there is much debate and discussion. When the family first came to America (and their names), is really not known with certainty. I have entered the path that some researchers have indicated- only as a point of discussion and to frame the debate. It is not just a matter of not knowing where the first ancestors are buried... we are not certain of their identities either. Keep on looking! All the best. George

RE: hetzlers linkup
Hi Brenda! I have created the link between Martin (68752838)and Mildred (68752805) Myers for you. Thanks for the suggestion. Can you look at memorial #83048792 Mildred Heltzler Myers? I beleive it may be a duplicate memorial for Mildred. If so, I would like to work with Bonecollector to get them combined as he has more information on her than I do. I would be happy to add my picture to his memorial, however there are memorial flowers on mine that have been left for her. I look forward to a confirmation / response. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

RE: Catharine Law Trine
Hi Brenda,

I just checked out your family tree at Ancestry. I'm very pleased that you gave photographic credit where it's due for all the pictures you've posted since all my photos at Find A Grave for Catharine came from other Trine cousins-LOL!

Tim Duffie, is one of my Trine cousins in OH who is semi-retired and very much into family history. He's always out and about taking photos for our family and he's given me carte blanche to post his photos online (many of my cousins do since I'm active at both Find A Grave and Ancestry).

I've used your tree at Ancestry to add Harry Selby's info to my tree. THANKS!

Best Wishes,

RE: Selby Cemetery
There are 2 George Washington Selby's from Maryland who moved to Ohio. One is the son of Zachariah the other is the son of Micajah. My wife's lineage is through Micajah back to the immigrant Daniel. Her GW Selby married Rosanna Barnes in Maryland and lived for a short time in Belmont Ohio; not Butler Ohio. The GW Selby son of Zichariah was in Butler Ohio.

I know it is confusing and caused me many misdirections in trying to determine which line to follow.
