About Ferdinand A. Nelson
Dear Mary Elizabeth,
Thank you for entering this grave and information as this is my husband's father. I don't recall any association with an ALMA? Ferdinand - or called "Fred", emigrated to the US from Denmark, and he was married to Vivian (my husband's mother) from 1934 until the day he died in 1953.

If there is no association with ALMA (your relative, I am presuming), would you consider transfering this entry over to me? I am Karen G Larsen Nelson? Thank you again.

Hello!
I've been uploading volunteer photos of my own and was thinking about you and wanted to say hello. I know you are very busy now that you are back in school. Ciao!

RE: Memorial Transfer
Thank you! I have added Homer's pics... I need to dig up Floyd's. He was my mother's uncle, killed in Korea, and she is probably one of two people still living on earth that remember him. (He was unmarried and without children.)

Hmmm...
I guess I don't know how to send a request! :) I have some pictures I'd like to add to their memorials! :)

Thatcher pics
Thank you so much for the pics of the Thatcher family! If you would like to transfer Homer Thatcher and Floyd Thatcher to me, feel free... Homer was my great grandfather, and Floyd was my great uncle. I will send the request!

Thanks again! :)

RE: Alma Nelson
Thank you so much! Would that be her husband? We never knew his name... it was a short marriage.

Thank you so much for taking the time to photograph my great grandmother's grave marker. She was Nano to her grandchildren and great grandchildren and died when I was 4 but I do remember her. Again, thank you for finding and photograph her grave marker.

My Most Special Find A Grave Friend
Good for you! I'm proud of you for following through. I know you don't have a lot of free time but even doing this once in a while makes you feel great when someone writes back to thank you. If you look at Pierce Brothers Valhalla Cemetery and search for Doty, you will find the two photos we took last weekend under Xuma and I forget the husband's name.

I've been trying to find some tombstone photos I know I took to add to memorials, I just have to remember which trip to Modesto so I know what month to look in. I always have a backlog of photos to get uploaded. Remember that you want to use the most basic quality on your camera because Find A Grave can only accept small files.

If not before, I'll see you two weeks from yesterday!! ~ Your Auntie
