I live in Bessemer and have been involved with Historical Societies, Geneology Society and edited/wrote Centennial Paper for Bessemer Centennial. I just recently started to do pics for Find A Grave and am interested in only Hurley,WI, Ironwood, Bessemer, Wakefield MI cemetery requests. Tho I have done a few in Ashland. My husband is the retired Cemetery Sexton in Hillcrest Cemetery in Bessemer and I have all the information on plots and a guide to help me on requests. I have family in all cemeteries listed above and have done pictures and research for families before joinning Find A Grave.

Felix Wilczewski
Thanks for the photo of Maxine Wilczewski's headstone. Katherine Felix was her mother, I do not know who the others listed on the stone are.
Katherine Felix's husband was George Felix (1884-1980.

Thanks for your efforts

John Pozega
I already found john Pozega's headstone in Ironwood. I had taken a list of all open requests for photos, and did as many as I could without 'claiming' them. After I posted this one, I learned you had claimed it. Sorry for the confusion... I didn't know there were any other volunteers in this area. i will be better about this in the future!

In reference to your mother's memorial webpage, please check again. I did not in any way have anything to do with her webpage being submitted. You must have the wrong "Dale"!
I will be glad to help you with people who are buried on the west side of Iron County as these are the cemeteries that I work on.

I'm not sure what's up with this. All I did was to add a photo of the sign for the cemetery. That should not have anything to do with adding photos for individuals in the cemetery. You should be able to add a photo with no problem.

Miriam, I'm touched that you are taking the time to take the photos. The Jindrichs in Michigan are cousins and many of them I met at a reunion when I was a small boy; today, I don't remember them. My grandfather Joseph, a brother of John C. Jindrich; or Jack and Robert Jindrich's father. Thank you again, Dave Jindrich

Pati Moberg
Bessemer Cemetery
Hello:

There are 6 photo requests for Bessemer and I was wondering if you are filling them, or if perhaps you could assist me in locating the graves and then I would be able to take the photos. Thank you, Pati Moberg
