You are very welcome. Don't worry about the delay. I'm still working on thanking people from last year. We all fall behind. I enjoy walking the cemeteries and taking the photos of the headstones so I just as well post them and help others in the their research. For many of us, Find-A-Grave is the only way we will ever see the final resting place of our ancestors.

I am so very grateful to you for the great photos you took at the Elk City Cemetery and of the Church and Elk City Hall nearby. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU DID!!!!!! I am very happy with all of your photos and I truly appreciate how helpful and thoughtful you were in helping locate and photograph the headstones of my family. I especially want to THANK YOU for providing a second picture of "baby" RENARD's headstone – the headstone was so worn from age and the weather that I thought that most of the inscription would be unreadable, but I could read the entire headstone inscription on the photo without any problems – the photo you took was amazing !! THANK YOU, DIANE!!!!!!
Sincerely, L. Abraham

Thank you Diane for checking for the headstone for me. Thanks for the volunteering you do so others, not living in the area, can receive photos or information. Jim
|Burton Risser||Jacob "Jake" Risser|
Thank you very much for the excellent photo of Jacob "Jake" Risser,my Great Grand Uncle. I am now near completion on a book about his father, Jacob Risser & wife Mary who emigrated from Germany to Ashland, Ohio in 1833, two years before son Jacob was born in Ashland.
Your photo also included his wife Jane Locke which is also interesting because Jacob's brother, Peter married Jane's sister, Orrell Locke.

Go to her memorial and contact me through the 'edit', suggest a correction. That way I get all the information I need to do the transfer.

Thank you so much. Bobby is my cousin & I see his brother often so I will try to stay on top by asking his brother when the stone is added to Bobby's grave.
