hey, was just editing some of the memorials i had added and realized after our conversation some time back i had totally forgot i meant to transfer this memorial to you, since he is your direct ancestor, i am related by marriage and figured you would probably be able to add so much more to his bio, if i find i have any other members of this branch under my care ill transfer them directly.
|LadyBonita||RE: Konecny Family|
no, not same family but I have researched every HILLMER / HILMER line I could find for years ... so I have information if you need.
just contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
|Elaine||RE: James L. Smith|
I'm not related and did not request that the memorial be transferred to me...it was transferred when I sent in a correction (the plot number).
If you wish to manage the memorial, while on the memorial page, go to the 'edit' tab and under other suggestions, type in that you are requesting a transfer.

I found them in the 1850 census and I know that Ann was their daughter. I don't know where they are buried. Do you? If so please let me know and I will update the Info. I don't have a lot of info on the Bivins, please let me know.
|Elaine||RE: James Laird Smith|

No, he's not a relative & I would be happy to make a transfer...go to his memorial, and then to the edit button. Then under "Suggest any other..." type that you are requesting a transfer.
Please do it while logged in.

I have found their marker. The are both listed on a monolith about 5 feet high. That is the good news. However the lettering is very hard to read. I will try to "raise" the lettering somehow and photograph it for you. Their graves are together in the older section of the Fairview Cemetery and very hard to find if you don't know what you are looking for.

I'm sorry Shella, I thought I had got back to you but it looks like I had not. Anything I can share with you, I am more then willing to do so. I'm on Ancestry, I have a tree called " My Parks and Konecny Branch" and "My Adams and Bean's Branch". Hope we can get together to share.
|Glenn Benner||George H. Benedict|
Do not have much info on the 2nd PVC George H. Benedict. I know he was captured on Dec. 28th 1862 along with my ancestor at Occoquan, Virginia. Also his rank was Sergient.
