|Betty L. Schmidt||Baker Line|
I think your line of Bakers is related to Larry Baker of New York. Y-DNA has him descending from Francis Baker. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to share information.
|Patty Powell- Holcomb||Thank you.|
Thank you for the transfer of my great grand aunt. It is people like you that truly make an impact on helping family find lost family.
|Tom||Louis D. Baker|
Mound Cemetery has the record of burial, but the grave could not be located and there is are no markers for any of the other 7 burials in this lot. Do you want a picture of the open grassy space?

|Barb S||Fannie Baker, Samuel Baker|
There is a grave for Fannie Baker right next to Samuel Baker (whose headstone photo you requested and which I took today). I have created a memorial for Fannie. I assume Fannie & Samuel were married but because it is an assumption I am not going to link them until you give the OK. Also if you would like I can transfer Fannie to you.

|Andrew Daft||Joseph Baker|
I noticed your photo request for Joseph Baker at Calvary Cemetery in Racine. I'm planning a visit there soon, but unfortunately I won't be able to search the whole cemetery. If you can contact the cemetery office and get Joseph's plot location and then add it to his memorial, I should be able to get a photo for you. Contact info can be found at racinecemeteries.org.
I also found some information on the cemetery records that could support my idea that these are the grandparents. Let me know how I can send it to you.

I have taken photos of the Baker monument in Sylvania Cemetery, Racine County, WI. While the names of Amzi and Sally are not inscribed, I am wondering if they are the un-named grandparents of the rest of the Baker family listed. The dates of birth might be the clue to who these people are. If you want to review the information, please let me know where I can send the photos.

According to the ledger, she died of "acute indigestion"--whatever that is!
Her son Anthony died of arteriosclerosis.
