RE: re: Mary Lou Reinke
I fixed what you requested and went to the Neenah Oak Hill Cemetery website and confirmed that Stanley is buried there also so I made a memorial page for both of them.

RE: Susan Manuel Towers
Edward Manuel and Amelia (Bray) Manuel are my 2nd great grandparents. I have been working on their line also. My ancestry tree is private but if you would like an invitation to see if I have anything helpful, please let me know.
My grandmother, Edith Cole, left me a large trunk and some boxes of photos, documents and other items. I had them stored for many years until I got the genealogy bug a few years back. I am still scanning and adding to the tree. There are items for the Manuel's in there also, as it appears Susan Manuel died while living with Edith and Milton Cole and her photos and documents are also in the trunk and boxes. Lots of Lewis Tower items.
I recently discovered I am related to the Jarboe's through Amelia Bray. The Jarboe family was a big part of my life while growing up, but I did not know they were related until a few months ago. I don't think my parents knew either and they have both passed.
My mother also left a large trunk of items, photos and such to me when she passed away in 2010. In those items was a Bible the Jarboe/Chasteen family left to her and I found numerous newspaper clippings, hair locks, photos and then went on to discover they are family, related to Amelia Bray and the Bray's.
Such wonderful discoveries and I am loving every minute of it.
Nice to hear from you and if you want an invitation to my tree (I share with my sister) please let me know. Mary

RE: Susan Manuel Towers
April, thank you so much for this great find. I have been trying for years to find out when Susan, my great grandmother, was born, died and where she was buried. Of course, feel free to leave the document on findagrave, as I am sure it is hers. Edith and Milton S Cole are my grandparents.
Are you related to Susan?
Thanks again and I appreciate you taking the time to notify me.
Best to you,
Mary Cole-Hensley

RE: Miles H. Blackburn
Thanks again, April. I added your additional comment to the memorial with a second shout-out of thanks to you. Maybe we can save other people some confusion. Much appreciated. -- Jay

RE: Miles H. Blackburn
Many thanks for the additional info, April -- and what a coincidence that you would find the memorial I had created just this morning! I've tweaked it. I deleted the Civil War record because this Miles seems too old to have been in the Civil War, and I think the record more likely is that of Miles V. Blackburn. I added (in the right place chronologically in the bio section) the info you sent about the guardianship, with a shout-out of thanks to you. And I added a county death record from 1891 that I think has to be the "correct" Miles, and I added that date as a date of death at the top of the memorial. I also deleted the virtual flower I had posted to honor Civil War service. I may have time to work on the memorial later. In the meantime, if you have other thoughts, they would, of course, be welcome. Much appreciated! - Jay
