The Roanoke Leader December 1904
NEWSPAPER ABSTRACTS FROM "THE ROANOKE LEADER", Roanoke, Randolph County,
Alabama for DECEMBER 1904

NEWSPAPER Issue of Wednesday, December 21, 1904

Mrs. Alfred Hester died suddenly last Friday night from a stroke of paralysis at her home near Potash. She was a consecrated member of the Baptist church and was much loved by all who knew her. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Milligan Earnest on Sunday evening at Big Spring after which the body was laid to rest to await the morning of the resurrection. We extend our sympathy to all the bereaved ones.

Elizabeth Bryans
I noticed Elizabeth Bryan's Memorial page has some unknown information. I photographed the grave today and if you want to update the page her dates are: Birth- Feb 19, 1873 Death- Feb 7, 1963. Wife of Dr. Robert L. Bryans. I added 3 photos to her memorial page today.

Jim Frackleton
Hi Melissa,

I just came across your post. It caught my eye because my daughter is named after Theresa A. Frackleton. Theresa was the aunt of Jim Frackleton. Jim was John's son; John and Theresa were siblings. I was trying to figure out how your daughter could be the great-granddaughter of Theresa and I believe I figured it out. You must be married to J., yes? Hope I've helped.

C.

Lettie Kirby
Frances Della Kirby
Melissa, I am not sure of my relationship with Frances Della Kirby McCain or even that there is one. I will be very happy to transfer her Memorial to you. I researched her because she descended from Hermit (1), William Thomas Kirby (2)John Daniel Kirby (3). Here is a website which has them listed by a professional genealogist. He is related and will give you any info on your Kirby line that you may need, (No Charge!). http://www.familytreeheritagelibrary.com/
Frances is listed in the 1930 Census as Della Frances Kirby... I have that Census if you would like to see it. I personally am searching for a line of Kirby and leave no lead without research. There is a group of Kirby Researchers who have a yDNA website, they are trying to connect Kirby's. If you know of a male Kirby who would like to test, let me know and I will send you that link also. You have been added to my friends list.
Best Wishes, Lettie Kirby
