I tried to find Zack Mitchell's headstone today at Barron Cemetery but I was not successful. There were a few other Mitchell headstones, including a broken one for 'Martha H. wife of Z. Mitchell'. There are several broken (possibly vandalized) headstones in the cemetery, and many others are very old and are hard to read. Zack Mitchell might be buried with the other Mitchells in that area, but I don't know for sure.

Thanks so much for taking the photos of Eugene and Addie Waite's markers. They are greatly appreciated.

I also looked for Mr. French's grave and verified his burial in the cemetery. I walked the cemetery about 4 times and concur that his grave lacks a memorial marker. I will upload pictures. Ray

I went back out again yesterday, still cannot find it. I wonder if it is unmarked. I talked with a man volunteering at the cemetery. He told me the man whom is in charge of the books is William Pearcy and lives off of Milldam Road near the cemetery. Maybe getting ahold of him can locate the gravesite.
Hope you are having a great 4th!
I will remove my name so someone else can try to find him.

I have been out to Barron cemetery twice to find his headstone and cannot find it. If you know the area of where it may be, or whom he is buried next to, I would go out again to search.
This cemetery has recently been vandalized very badly. Many graves are also unmarked.
Thank you for the nice photo of Ellen McKray memorial.
