I have been doing genealogy for more than 20 years. Accuracy is very important to me as it should be with every one of us, so if you find an error, or have additional information, please let me know. I am more than happy to make corrections, links, or any kind of additions to any of my listings. |
TRANSFERS: I will consider transfer of a memorial as long as they are not on my family trees, or a direct relative, however, you must include your name and membership number with the name and number of the memorial you want transferred and how you are related. Use the edit.
PLEASE do not make any duplicates of any of the photos I have taken and place them on Ancestry or anywhere else without giving me credit as a Findagrave.com contributor. Thank you.leave a message.

Hi Judy! Simone DeVito is the same man that I created as DiVita, so I went ahead and deleted my memorial. I appreciate that you are so thorough and accurate. At the present time, I am not going to ask for any transfers. As long as everybody gets linked and the info is accurate, I dont have to control each and every memorial. It would be different if they were direct line, but right now the ones I am working on are "cousins". Since I have access to birth, death and marriage records from Altavilla Milicia Sicily, I have been working on adding people from AV, many times they aren't related to me at all.
I know the Di and De's are confusing. My great grandfather's sister was married to a DiSalvo (DeSalvo)and I am having a heck of a time working with her family. They all started out in Altavilla Milicia, and the church has them all recorded as DiSalvo, and DiVita, but when they came to America, they couldnt read or write, so names got transcribed in several different ways. The husband and several children ended up using DeSalvo, while his daughter in California used DiSalvo. A couple of records even used Salvo. My own name started out as D'Ugo.
Just know that I truly appreciate everything you do. I am originally from Chicago (Northlake), but live in Colorado now, and while I can create the memorials, I cant get to the cemetery to add the pictures myself.

Thanks for getting photos of both Cristina and Vincenzo. By any chance do you have access to getting the Obit list on May 25, 1944 for Vincenzo? If so could you please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

Wow! Thanks for not only taking and posting the pictures of this cousins headstone, but adding what family you was there with her. She was added from her death record, but you just saved me a whole lotta research! Thank you again! (I have a feeling my smiling face will be popping up frequently!)

OMG Judy, you have been absolutely wonderful! You have filled more requests for me in the last 2 weeks than I could EVER count! And I especially like how you treat the unmarked graves by putting something there, so I can see where a stone should be. You have helped me in more ways than you will ever know. Thank you, thank you thank you a million times over for your time and effort! You have gone above and beyond..
Thank you SO Much for the photo of Catherine Mulligan O'Neill, my grandmother. I am fairly new to genealogy and this is definitely a highlight for me ! I am taking some Requested photos for Find A Grave in Northern California.
With great appreciation to you !
