Mary Taylor- Willow Cemetery
I find no listing of your Mary Taylor at Willow or North Oregon Cemetery records online.
You may want to check the Online listing of the two Oregon, Ohio Cemeteries owned my the City of Oregon.

Taylor & Bartow requests
Hello, I have fulfilled your request for Joe Taylor. He is in the mausoleum and there is an Emma E. Taylor right next to him. She needs a memorial page. Also, there is no Mary Bartow (any spelling) listed in the cemetery records. That does not mean she isn't there because her family may not have notified the cemetery. If she does not have a memorial stone and really is there, she would be almost impossible to find. Recheck your records and let me know if there is any clue to her location. I will try to find her if she really is buried at Willow.
