Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been researching my family histories and those of my husband (the Italian) for many years. Some of the surnames I am researching are:

GERMAN: Bohmann, Daudermann, Dustmann, Espensheid, Graff, Heinrich, Friedhoff, Meikamp, Schiefer, and Spies.

GERMAN (from the Ostfriesland): Adams, Post, Tuetken, Martens, Roelfs

DUTCH: Bakker, Kuiken, Reinink and Wolbert.

SLOVAK: Husso, Genczo, Kosta and Mihalic

ITALIAN: Travia/Travis, Cotroneo, Sorrentino, D'Amora, Lombardo, Mansueto, Culcasi, and Quartana.

I live in Illinois and have been doing family research for over 25 years. Find-A-Gave is a wonderful place to honor those of our past. If you are related and would like me to add to or correct a memorial I manage, let me know and I will gladly do so. If you are on Find-A-Grave, I could transfer ownership if you are more directly related to the individual than I am. :-)

Thank you!
Travia, thank you for putting your family info on! I enjoyed reading up on the biographies of some of them. I am not related to the people of Highland, IL area (St. Jacob, Alhambra, etc) but my husband is related to a lot of them - he's a Linenfelser, and his father was born in Alhambra. I did a lot of research into his family lines and then my genealogy research just morphed into researching families of Highland area and Clinton Co., IL! It's so much enjoyable going through which is a wonderful place to look through! Thank you again!

RE: Emma Blanke Spies
If you would like to have these memorials I can transfer to you. Emma's family has lots of newspaper stories in the local paper of St. Louis, Mo.

RE: Johann Ernst Dustman
Tracy, I'm not related to the Dustmans. My sis-in-law is half Henke/half Klenke......a Klenke married a Henkhaus and a Henkhaus married a Dustman.....that's how they ended up in my tree. I have a copy of the Prairietown Cem. inventory, and I have taken quite a few pictures there (which I still need to upload), so I was trying to connect everyone. If you'd like any of the family transferred to you, just let me know which ones. Tammy

I transfered the Wolbert's to you from Prairie Grove cem. If you have any additional info for Harold John Wolberts family, please let me know so that I can add it. I kept that memorial as it is a part of my family. Thanks,
