My dad passed away about a year ago (5/19/10) and I searched his name on the internet and came across this site. I was so touched and grateful that a memorial page had been created for him with his obit and everything, and it has inspired me to try to give back to those who are looking for their loved ones. |
I will do my best to locate as many headstones as I can. I have a great team working with me - my son and my nephew. They really enjoy looking at some of the older headstones, so it's been nice to share this with them.

|jan fitzgerald||Thank you|
Thank you Rhonda for fullfilling the photo request for Emily FItzgerald. I noticed a stone laying on the ground beside her. Was this her husband, Garrett Fitzgerald? Or, maybe a child?
I do not get on this site often I can be reached at email@example.com
Thanks again jan fitzgerald

Thank you for finding the headstone for Adlord, it is such a help when someone you don't even know in a state hundreds of miles away will take the time to find a person they have no connection to. I hope it wasn't too difficult to find.

Thanks so much for taking the time to find my husband's great great grandfather! I am happy to know that his wife is with him (interesting since she remarried after his death!) We really appreciate your efforts!!!!

Thank you so very much for the photo of my 3rd great grandfather William H. Mead. He left his family in Kankakee and went to the gold fields in Kern County, Ca. He died about 2 weeks after falling into an abandoned well - internal injuries, I'd guess! Thanks so much for serving in this way! Blessings from Bend, Oregon

Thank you so much for the Coghlan photos! William J Coghlan was my gg grand uncle, and Anne was his wife. I had crossed the DOD of William David with William J. (William David was William J.'s grandson), so thank you for clearing up that error on my part. Byron Coghlan (my 1st cousin 3x removed) was Ora's husband and William J.'s son, so I'm surprised he's not buried nearby. But as you said, his stone could be missing. He could also be buried near his brother Thomas Moore Coghlan, father of William David.
Thank you again for all your hard work. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it.
Thank you so much for the photo of Arthur English. I appreciate your time and effort greatly.
Thank you so much for taking the stones of Festus, Almira & Myrtle Vining at Mound Grove. Bless you and welcome to findagrave!
