Bio and Links
Bio Photo I can't think of anything more fun on a road trip than actually finding the cemetery you are looking for and then the excitement when spotting the gravestones. Digital cameras have taken so much of the anxiety out of this endeavor these days.

I have similar feelings looking on Find A Grave for my family. I am very appreciative to all who add their photos and obituaries on these memorials.

I have been working on family history seriously since 1985 when my niece asked me a question I could not answer. I looked for that puzzle piece and that led to the next. It never ends!

My special interest is my Page Family line which begins in SC with the children of John and Anne Page of Laurens Co, SC.

I am also interested in my local history and support our genealogical society. I add obits on memorials that happen to be in my files. These are for family use and if any of these are your family please request a transfer except of course the ones who are my family lines.

I share my research freely so any additional information I have on families I will gladly share. Good luck in your searches!

Are you related? If so how? Do you know where his mother is buried?

RE: Shannon Cemetery
My findagrave buddy, Ronnie Smothers and I did take pictures of all readable grave markers. I was a rainy day but we got breaks between the showers and managed to take them all. Glad we could do it. I still have a few to enter, don't know if Ronnie has all of his entered yet or not. Mine should be done by the middle of next week. Check back then for other entries.

Walter Matthews / Oakwood Cemetery Milan Tn.
Per your email, I have added the complete death date for Walter Matthews. I have also linked him to his parents. I have added Vineyard as Susie Matthews maiden name. I have added the names, Andrew Jackson, in place of the initials, to A.J. Matthews memorial. Thank you for sending this information.

Theodore Thomas Cahilland Doris R. Cahill
Good Afternoon Cathy:
I noticed in Find A Grave that you have added information about selected individuals. I have a relative Theodore Thomas Cahill and Doris R. Cahill buried in the Sonora Cemetery at Sonora, TX. Would it be possible for you to add a picture of the headstones of Theodore and Doris to Find A Grave. I have added them to Find A Grave register, but I live in Florida and it would be difficult for me to get a picture. I certainly appreciate you time and effort in doing this for me. Thanks William M. John Robert Lee headstone
I am volunteering with the Scott County Cemetery project, and I just finished taking photographs of headstones in St. Francis cemetery. I could not find White Sulpher cemetary, but oddly enough found several of those listed at White Sulpher in St. Francis. I took a photo of a headstone for John Robert Lee, but the dates do not match your entry, so I am not sure it is the same person. The headstone only had "John Robert Lee" and "1863 - 1936" It was found among several other Lee graves. If this is a match for your entry in St. Francis/White Sulpher cemetery, please let me know and I will upload it accordingly, but the birth date whould probably be changed. If it is not a match for this entry, I will do nothing more. You can contact me at damama52@yahoo.com (Lynn Key)
