Clarendon Hills Cemetery look up
Hello,
Just a note to let you know we are covered in snow here in Illinois! It would be hard to find a grave now in this cemetery!

Reminder for Leslie Gaddis
Can you please call the cemetery and obtain the grave location (Section & Lot numbers) and ask them whether or not there is a grave marker?

Forest Home Cemetery: 708-366-1900 or 773-287-0772

This cemetery will not assist photo volunteers with finding the grave's location and the Find A Grave FAQs (Help File) states it is the photo requestors job to provide this information.

Thank you! Ace

Hi! Can you please call the cemetery and obtain the grave location (Section & Lot numbers) and ask them whether or not there is a grave marker? Please post this information to the memorial or send it to me.

Forest Home is a huge cemetery with well over 70,000 burials, and the information is needed in order to find someone there. I go here regularly, and since August I have found over 150 graves at Forest Home that had the location information provided. Thank you! Ace

Sorry, should have noted, both Peter & Leone side by side, both no headstones (I put a red-white-blue balloon holder with Flag) at spot they are at. Barb

Emil Labbe burial site
I believe Emil is buried in the same plot as Elizabeth, at Glen Oak Cemetery on Roosevelt Rd. In Westchester, IL. I'll check my records. Thx

RE: John G Hartz
Hello Carol,
I found John's grave, and he has a marker. I had the day off so I popped into the office and they gave me a detailed map. I probably walked right by it last time I was out there. I will get the photo uploaded soon.

RE: John G Hartz
Thanks for the info Carol. The graves are well maintained but that section did not have good markers. If the office is open this weekend I'll stop in and ask them to show me the location on a map so I don't have to wander around. It's hit or miss since it's an old cemetery, across the street at Queen of Heaven, usually you can find good markers in each section because it is a newer cemetery.
