I like to share the photos and data from my research with others, obviously, but I go to great expense with time and travel to obtain much of this, and I own many of the portrait photos, including original tintypes.
For this reason, I ask you for the courtesy of leaving my name attached as the original source of the material. When others view YOUR posting of my images and research on Ancestry or elsewhere they often want to contact the person who owns the image or did the research at the archives and other repositories. I can't help folks who can't reach me.

Thank you for writing. No relation to Holt, etc. Was just leaving a "military memorial" for Mr. Holt.

I am hoping you live in California. I am the granddaughter of Viola McNary Rufert. I am very interested in seeing any pictures you have of the family.
Feel free to email me. firstname.lastname@example.org

My name is Kathleen (Polkinghorn) Duffy. I am currently researching my ancestry and was DELIGHTED to find photographs of some of my relatives. They were among the photos you found in March 2013 in Mineral Point.
I am the great granddaughter of Sarah Alice (Hildreth) West Sloan and the great great granddaughter of Caroline Mathilda (Holmes) Hildreth. And I had the fortune to meet my great aunts - Lizze Hazlett and Hattie Threasher while I was in high school.
Please contact me as I would like to purchase copies of the photos you have. I can be reached at 262-251-4277 or email@example.com.
Thank you, thank you,
|Jeanette Marsh Shannon||Jameson|
I have the tombstone inscription of 27 Yrs 3 Mo 20 Da recorded for Ralph Jameson. We live about 3 hours away from the cemetery and I will have to check my files to see if we took a photo of that stone. This family is my maternal great grandfather's sister's group. I checked the cemetery against the record at the Jackson County Genealogical Society so was sure they were accurate. I have changed Ralph's birth date based on his draft card but he may have fudged a year if he wanted to enlist.
Thanks for the information, Jeanette
Did you know you can delete the cemetery's picture on a memorial to create another space for your pictures?
