Link to Allison
Would you be kind enough to link Allison to his son, William E. Ford, memorial 103409692. He is buried with his second wife. Thank you.

Allison Ford
Hoping you are a descendant of Allison Ford as you seem to have a lot of detail. My relation is through his son William Ford. I thought that Allison's parents were John Ford and Elizabeth Burroughs and that John's parents were William Foord and Mary Ann Cubberly.

G.H. Ford
I have a landscape that has been in our family for a long time. It was given as a gift to my Great Grand Fathers business partner and indicates in the lower left hand corner that it was painted by

On a history card slipped into the back it indicates that G.H. Ford gave it as a wedding gift to T.B. Callen (the business partner)for his wedding which occurred in 1877. While their business was in Muskegon, Michigan, other history indicates that he often traveled on business to Aurora Ill.

Could this painting have been completed by your ancestor? Do you have a photo of his painting signature?

"Hattie" Ford Lineage

I am so greatful for all the information you have posted on Find A Grave site. Harriett Elizabeth Ford (Evans)(Memorial #62142680 ) and Washington Ward Evans (Memorial #72091024) are my Great-Great Grandparents on my mother's side. My Grandmother Wanda Laudell Dale (Childers) (Memorial #51812348 ) grew up on the farm in Missouri with them (her Grandparents raised her and her brother, Robert). Wanda's mother was Stacia Ward Evans. My grandmother passsed away a year ago and since she raised my twin sister and I, we received all her old family pictures. We are currently trying to scan them and thus identify correctly. Wanda ("Nana" we called her) had such a wonderful memory up until the end and she loved sharing stories of her family. I am currently a contributor for and would love to share some of these wonderful pictures and stories.

Thank you again for helping me find the missing Ford family lineage.

Thank you so much
I really appreciated getting the picture of Henry Brenneman and Lydia [Lehman] Eby. Only wish some of them could be identified.

John Waltrip photo

Do you have any more information on the John Waltrip and family photo? Could you send me a jpeg or other copy of it so that I can add it to my collection. John is my ggg-grandfather.

Aven Family
Bob; Thank you for the information you sent. I was more than happy to make the links as I like to make my memorials as perfect as I can. Since making these memorials several years ago, I have moved on to another branch of my family so it was refreshing to come back to the Avens. My mouth drooled when I saw the wonderful photos you posted! I hope you don't mind but I would LOVE to save copies of these photos to my computer. It is always so much nicer when you have an actual face to put with a name. Keep up the good work!!
