I am most interested in sleuthing out genealogy connections.I was born in San Antonio, Texas and am interested in some of the Hispanic founding families of San Antonio: de los Santos Coy and Hernandez. Also my father was from Findlay, Ohio--surname Powell.
And my mother has some Italian heritage--Molteni & Biasiolli. I have been researching and collecting information off and on for about 25 years.

Juan Antonio Coy
We are trying to find the grave of Juan Coy who died 25 Jan 1892. He was the son of Antonio Clemente De Los Santos Coy. Any help you can give us is appreciated. Thx for your work. Janet

RE: Transfer memorials in Longoria cemetery
Yes, I am still waiting for you to transfer the memorials!

I wish management of the cemetery itself could also be transferred to me as I need to edit some of the cemetery information.

Transfer memorials in Longoria cemetery
I am requesting transfer of all the memorials you posted in the Longoria cemetery in Brooks County, Texas. My member ID is 48723113.

The Longoria Cemetery is my grandfather's family cemetery; the map location is correct. However, only one of the 22 interments originally listed here were actually in this cemetery. Four of the memorials have already been moved, at my request, to their proper cemeteries and I have submitted a request for the 5th one. All that remains is to move the 16 memorials you created to the Santa Rita Ranch cemetery located about a half-mile south. That is where they belong.

The problem is that there are actually 4 different Longoria family cemeteries in the area. However, obituaries and death certificates frequently do not make a distinction and simply say "Longoria cemetery". I am trying to get all the memorials assigned to their proper cemetery.

The 4 Longoria family cemeteries are (1) Santa Rita Ranch Cemetery [the Ponciano Longoria cemetery], (2) Longoria Cemetery [aka Eugenio Longoria Cemetery], (3) Juan Longoria Family Cemetery, and (4) San Mateo Cemetery [the Mateo Longoria family cemetery]. Eugenio, Juan and Mateo were all sons of Ponciano and each started their own cemetery on their own inherited lands.

On further review, I see that an entry for this lady has been made which shows her buried in Bexar County at the Herrera-Ruiz cemetery, photo is included. Her death certificate says "Herra Cemetery"- exact spelling as given.

RE: Molteni family @ San Fernando #2
I am glad to help out. My grandparents are buried one section over, not far from your family.
You and your family have a safe and Happy New Year.
