|Trish||RE: Joshua Dickens|
I'm fairly new to Find A Grave myself, so my only advice is to just explore and see what you can and cannot do. If you will email me direct (address on my page), I will send the picture of the cemetery monument. If you don't want to give out your email address, let me know and I will list the names for you.

I walked the hiking trail around the Salem Reservoir today and found a small cemetery. There is one modern monument with several names listed on it, including Joshua Dickens (d. 11-4-1855) and Rev. Samuel Dickens (d. 8-17-1888). However, the monument says "Dickens Cemetery," not Clapp that you have indicated. There are two newer monuments for Civil War veterans James S. Chandler and John S. Chandler. The only totally intact monument is for Elijah S. Dickens (d. 4-6-1877) and his wife Sarah (d. 2-27-1876). There are a few broken pieces and monument bases in this little clearing in the woods. Tell me what you want me to do. Do you want to change it to Dickens Cemetery? Are any of these names in your family tree? If not, I can add them. Just let me know how to proceed!

I am going to see if I can locate your request of Stephen Calcote at Dripping Springs Cemetery. My dad is buried there, this past January. And I visit their quite often. Can make any promises but I will see

I just realized that I did not get back to you. I'm so sorry. My boo-boo. Thank you for going out to the grave site. I had forgotten that the cemetery in the back of South Heights went by a different name. I do have photo's of the headstones. Thank you for the offer. I'm not sure if I had mentioned that these are my husband, Jim's, parents. We have been there many times even tho we live in Washington State.
Anyway, again, I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you and thanking you for your reply.

Someone found the grave and posted the picture yesterday. Thanks for you willingness to help out.
Thank you so much for taking the time to photograph the Gravemarker of John Dildine. I really appreciate it. Lately, I have been able to make great strides in my family research because of good people like you. Shannon Pope

|Heather Jacobs||RE: William William|
When you say that you found a Bill William. Did it have any info on it like the dates or just the name?
|Jeff Blythe||RE: Guess Brown|
I appreciate your time. Sorry I can't provide much more info. Maybe he's buried at another cemetery. I'll see if I can find out further info.
|Perry Ballard||RE: W Leo Hess|
Thank you very much.
|Perry Ballard||W Leo Hess|
Thank you so much for the Photo.
This is all we have seen of Leo in 30 years.
This means so much to us.
Now if only we could contact some of his kin in the area.
