Are they insisting that there is a gravestone for him? If they say he's there, he most likely is, but there is no stone by his 1st wife and daughter. It's also possible that at one time was a stone and since has broken or been otherwise vandalized and removed.
I have a number of relatives and ancestors that have no gravestone, some not even a head or foot stone as the family left couldn't afford it. I didn't locate his second wife's stone either...
Wish I had better news for you, sorry.

RE: Anna Thomas
Hey Bill,
I was able to find Annie Thomas evening.
I uploaded the pics. this morning to her memorial.
Her stone was in the place the saidm it should be but the grass and dirt was 2 inches thick over it and only a small corner was visable.
I cleared it all away and found a nice little stone for her.
PS. There is also a William Thomas in the the same area about 30 yards away, but within visual sight of Mary. Is this a relative also? I took the pics in case yoou are needing them. Let me know?

RE: Anna Thomas
Hello Bill,

I am out of town for a week or two, but I intend to go back to the cemetery and see if I can dig a little further. Sorry for the pun.;)
They have the site mrker info, so even thou the site marker is not there or not locatable, maybe the have a map of the location which shows the precise location. The stone may not be gone, it may be one of the many stone in this part of the cemetery that have not stood the test of time and are no longer readable. This is the worst area of the cemetery as far as the condition of the stones goes. I'll be back in touch with you soon.

Thanks I fixed it. Just did it backwards. I did let Dale know about Sarah Maria. I asked him to add the stone to her and link George.

Bert E Daggett
Is his full name Berten? If you look at Lizzie's stone it said wife of Berten E. I did link then and put Lizzie as her nickname.

Elisha Thomas
Are you going to add the 1st wife of Elisha? She must be the one with him. I added request for stones for a lot of Daggett's and they have been added.

On the list it has wife of Elisha Thomas dies may 21 1836 age 39 but I think the date of death may be wrong. It said the stone is crumbling. Do you think it may be Lydia?
