He has a wife listed as Clarissa Thackery.

He may have been married to Clarissa but also married to Nancy. The Nancy he is linked to is not his daughter, she was born four years after Jacob. She is also on his tombstone as his wife. Death index lists Martha's mother as Nancy.

I don't think the date of birth is right after I look at it. He was 13 and a few months so would have died around 1835 or so. Kay

|Larry Jones||RE: Nancy E Barnes Conour|
The corrections have been made. Thanks for the update.
Sorry Janie! I used the wrong given name while addressing you in my previous post! Sorry!
|Larry Jones||George Washington (vs Wiley) Conour|
I have made the corrections to the bio you suggested. I just received another email from another contributor stating that Elizabeth married a Wiley Conour TWICE in less than 1-year. Here is her message:
I have found in the Richland Co, IL courthouse that she married a Wiley Conour on Aug 30, 1855 and then married a Wiley Conour (again?) on Mar 3, 1856 as Mrs. Elizabeth Conour.

CONOUR, WILEY--CONOUR, ELIZABETH (MRS)--1856-03-03 BK001/ RICHLAND

Do you have any info to validate this?

I have tried to make all the links that you sent.
I see you are a new member and just a suggestion---all additions and corrections need to be made by clicking on the edit tab (upper righthand corner) of the persons memorial that need to be corrected.
PLEASE do not add them in the flower section--make contact with the person that made the memorial--they will add them to the Bio section (where they should be)
Also--when stating links to parents, please be prepared with their memorial numbers so connections can be made easily.
I just spent the last hour making the connections you requested of me.
I hope I have made them all.
