RE: Annie Leith (nee Jamieson)
Thank you. Yes I can see she was not born Orillia because I found another document which I sent you.
Thanks again

RE: Annie Leith (nee Jamieson)
I have found the death record for Earl so will send through edit. Happy to be able to pass it along. Am researching Huronia institutional deaths so it was part of a list I compiled.
Thanks for the note.

Grahams
I meant, transfer the burials to the complete Salem Cemetery, not to me.

RE: Grahams in Salem (Mariposa)
If someone was searching for the Grahams & other family members & only went to your Salem Cemetery, then they wouldn't get the 'whole picture". Besides having a complete cemetery & a partial can cause confusion. Does that help ?

Graham's @ Salem
Salem Cemetery has been completely entered on Find a Grave. Would you consider transferring your memorial to avoid future confusion for others searching?

I deleted the memorial right away. My apologies, and thanks so much for alerting me. Really appreciate it.

MacNeil and Charlotte Clarke
Hello, I was reading the bio and wanted some clarification if you would...
MacNeil Clark the son of Duncan Clarke and Elizabeth Jane Johnston I have born as 1837 in Ireland before Duncan and Elizabeth came to Oro. I notieced in the 1881 Canadian Census Charlotte with her elderly mother and son MacNeil but not any other children. You have listed William Duncan Clarke and Elizabeth Jane Johnston Clarke as children of MacNeil and Charlotte. I have not found any documentation of their births or deaths. Can you verify they were the children of MacNeil and Charlotte and where born and died?

I was reading the prior e-mail posts and a lady said that Ann MacIan Macdonald Johnston Steele is buried at St. George in Fairvalley. There are no records at the church of my 2nd great grandmother's burial. The Reverand at the time of her death was a proficient in record keeping. There is some thought that Ann died in Orillia vs. Medonte or Oro. But no burial record has yet to be found at St. Andrews church cemetery either.

Years ago many head stones became in such bad shape they were cleared at St. George's. Unfortunately new ones were not put in place before the clearing of the damaged ones. The lack of a old headstone and the lack of a record make evidence of Ann's burial inconculsive at St. George's. The records have been searched at a number of cemeteries for Ann even the originally Johnston homestead land was scanned for a grave site.
What is your take on this? Do you have any evidence to help us in this mess.
Ann's children were very connected to their mother's sister Elizabeth and her family. I've always hoped that a letter or something else existed to help us find where Ann rests.
Kind regards, Nancy Koch Tuohy

Ada Marie Fair
Finally I have word that Ada Fair stone is indeed in 9th Line Cemetery, Cavan.

Would anyone be able to forward a picture of the stone, and the GPS readings of same and of the entrance. Thanks so much
