Thank you so much for adding the info for Peter L. Welty, his wife, son, and father. We have a peter Welty who married Martha Abigail Greathouse and they were divorced before 1880 and many folling my line have picked your Peter as her ex. I knew he was born in Ohio, his father was from switzerland and he was married to Elizabeth in 1870 census with a young daughter. Now I can law the rumors to rest. Thank you. jaybird.

Hi, I am kinda confused by something. I am photographing Neodesha Cemetery and took photos of Marion and Alice Shaubell's stone. I was going to link them to daughter, Maye, and noticed they also have a listed gravesite in Mount Hope Cemetery in Humboldt, KS under spelling of Shawbell! Do you know if their graves are actually there or not--no photo?? Curious now that I have added these to Neodesha, KS cemetery....thanks for your help!--Vickie
