|Susan Harrington||RE: John Mario Bolt.|
Since John and Mary are your great grandparents, I transferred the management to you. Hope that's ok with you; if not, feel free to switch them back to me.
|Susan Harrington||RE: Mary Herrington Bolt|
|Rickey Boult||RE: Bolt|
John Marion Bolt is the son of my Great Great Grandfather (Tyre Bolt) and the brother of my Great grandfather, George Washington Bolt, George died when my grandfather was about 3, and my grandfather was Raised By John Marion Bolt and James Madison Bolt.
My grandfather was also named after him, Thomas Marion Bolt, 1892, VA. to 1975, FL.
I am also a huge BOLT family historian.
My dad added the "U" to our name when he left home in the early 50's, so I am the 1st generation in my branch spelt BOULT.
Thank you for all you have done on ancestry
Va Beach, Va
I noticed you have a dup memorial for Lloyd Jackson Blevins 2013 #103636380. It was already posted in 2008 # 24632710
|PATTY McFERREN-BLANTON & JR BLANTON||Lonnie N Bolt|
Hi! We have no problem with Lonnie's memorial. You are welcome to add the father at your convenience. We simply added the photos.
|Rebecca Sprinkle||transfer Widner/Widener|
The transfer went through. I have studied both sites for each name(Mary and William). Please look at them and see if the Widner site is ok with you. I want to credit you as source for some of the info--do I use "Find A Grave contributor Marble" or would you rather I use your name?
I think that I have combined all info. except for child Ida Porterfield. You will have to do this--just use as her parents names the Widner name--William's number is 66057789 and Mary's is 66057969. That should put Ida on both accounts. Please let me know if there is more that I should add to the Widner sites.
After I told you to do the transfer, I think that I may transfer them back to you for the deletion. I think that the creator of the site must do this. Just be satisfied that I have included all of your information as you want it.
I have more records to study this winter(I hope). I will look for more on this family. B. Sprinkle

Hi Marble, All you do to transfer is go to each person that you want to transfer, look for a tab on the upper right that says Transfer Management. If you agree to do so after reading the paragraph about it, it asks for the number of the person that you transfer to. My number is 48146307. You will be credited with creating the site--I hope that I can then merge the two sites, 2 each for William and Mary, into one each with the stone pictures. I haven't merged sites before--if you want to try this I will see what I can do with it. Our records will be stronger if we can get it all combined. Let's stay in touch. Becky Sprinkle
|Rebecca Sprinkle||Widener(Widner) in Greenwood Cemetery, Marion, VA|
We have two memorials for probably the same people, William Jefferson and Mary E. Widener(Widner). James Archer created one with Widner spelling, the spelling that is on the stones, and you created another with more family info. but no pictures of the stones. James transferred all of his Greenwood sites to me and I have found through research about 100 more. Could you transfer your two sites to me and I will combine all information that I can from yours to the original memorials that have the grave stone pictures? I also found a young child who died May 11, 1900 at 1 yeaar 5 months old. Funeral home records gave Jeff Widner's child. Do you have birth date and name of this child? I feel sure he is their son. There has been some interest in this family, I would like to get these memorials combined if possible. Thank you, Rebecca Sprinkle
|D. Lumsden||RE: Mrs. Thomas Lumsden|
I understand and I thank you for passing the information you have to me. From her death certificate, I know that Elizabeth died in Hickory NC on the date you stated and was sent to Marion, VA for burial.
|D. Lumsden||RE: Mrs. Thomas Lumsden|
Thanks so much. Do you know the name of the funeral home and when you reference her "memorial", what did you mean?
