RE: gratitude!!
Management means you can add information and photos. I'd be happy to add anything to the ones I'm managing. I didn't take any photos of Fullners in Stanton so I assume you are related to the Loerkes.

RE: gratitude!!
Tell me who they are and I'd be happy to transfer management to you. I'm not related to any of the photos I took in Stanton.

Wilma I. Davis

A couple more things I just thought of: Flora Hills Cemetery is huge. There are probably more than 6,000 interned there, maybe many more. There is only a small fraction of them on findagrave. Of all the pictures I took in the "Rose Garden" section, only one was already listed.

They have a big office and mortuary that is open every week day, if not weekends too. I would just call the office and ask about Red or any Davises buried next to Wilma. I would also ask them to check their records for an exact death date in Oct for Wilma. An exact day will help the obit people and you will have a better chance of getting an obituary.

The phone number at Floral Hills is 425-672-1800.

I call cemeteries often looking for location of loved ones, so I don't have to walk the whole cemetery, and they are usually very helpful. They will also check their records to see if someone is actually buried in their cemetery.

Good Luck,

I got the phone number from our local Snohomish County Phone book. If you have trouble with the number let me know, and I will dig some more.

RE: Wilma I. Davis

Hi! Glad to have helped you out. I have had so much help from findagrave, that I am always happy when I can help someone else in return.

Wilma is buried in the the Rose Garden of Floral Hills cemetery. She is near my parents. I was visiting their grave, when I decided to take pictures of those around my parents as a contribution to findagrave. I think that if there were a Red Davis near, I would have gotten a picture. I live about 30 miles north of Floral Hills now, but next time I go, I will take another look for Red or a Davis near Wilma. Not hard to remember, as I have Davis's in my line too.

You know that Wilma was born 24 Jan 1915 and died in Oct 1986 in Edmonds, WA (I will update memorial page). If you would like me to transfer Wilma's memorial page to you, I would be happy to do that, or if there is other information that you would like me to add. Let me know.

Did you try getting an obituary from the State of Washington library. It is free, they have obit from all the papers in Washington. The only hang-up is that it takes about 2 months for them to get back to you, as they have so many requests. Her obit is probably in the Everett Herald or Seattle Times. The following is the "ask a librarian" website, where you make the request. I would just put Oct 1986, Edmonds WA with her name and age at death, and see what you get. They make a photo copy and email it to you free.

Let me know if you would like me to transfer the memorial. I will need your findagrave #.

Best Wishes,
Robbin Hill Foules

On the memorial page, under the cemetery photo are two buttons, one for add a photo & the other for request a photo. Click on that one. My info came from a book Sam Mateo County Death Records extraction by Pam Reynolds. Many of the graves in this cemetery do not have head stones.

Thank you for letting me know about the photos you loaded -- what a strange note he sent to his sister. I just loved the note paper!
